These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Auralio and Auralio Enterprise (the "Services"), provided by Infinity Eternity Pty Ltd (ABN 38 664 261 081) ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Services, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of content you upload (such as room photos or product images), and grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Services.
  • All Auralio software, AI models, workflows, designs, and branding are the intellectual property of Infinity Eternity Pty Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or reverse-engineered without permission.

4. Enterprise Catalogue Data

Enterprise customers retain ownership of their product catalogue data. We will not use one enterprise customer's catalogue data for the benefit of another customer without consent.

5. Fees and Payment

Where applicable, fees for enterprise or premium features will be set out in a separate order form or enterprise agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Disclaimers

AI-generated visualisations are provided for inspiration and planning purposes and may not perfectly represent real-world appearance, dimensions, colour, or material. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Eternity Pty Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
